UK ignores Putin’s threats
Vladimir Putin said yesterday that he will attack new targets in Ukraine if the West supplies kyiv with long-range missiles, but the United Kingdom has turned a deaf ear and will send guided missile systems M270, with a range of 80 kilometersaccording to the British press on Monday.
The UK will thus join the US, which last week announced that it would send mobile missile launchers with a range of about 70 kilometers to Ukraine. The government of Volodymyr Zelensky has insistently demanded that the West supply this type of artillery to hit Russian artillery targets. Germany also announced the shipment of sophisticated radar systems and anti-aircraft artillery to counter Russian attacks.
