More than 700,000 Turkish players have already played War Thunder and are an important part of the international War Thunder community. To celebrate their love and passion, Gaijin Entertainment has created a new short film called “Moments of Valor: Turkey” using the War Thunder game engine.

This film honors the bravery of Turkish military personnel and highlights the contributions of Turkish engineers to the world of military aviation, while highlighting the essence of the gameplay experience War Thunder offers to players.

In addition, Turkish T129 ATAK helicopters are temporarily available on the game store, while premium versions of Leopard 2A4 tanks and F-5 warplanes have received Turkish army camouflages. These options will allow Turkish players to further customize their vehicles and show their national pride. The T129 ATAK helicopter is the domestically designed and manufactured variant of the A129 Mangusta and is optimized for assault, armed reconnaissance, precision strike and deep attack missions. It entered service in Turkey in April 2014 and has been active in the Philippine Air Force since then.

“At Gaijin, we care about our players in every country and try to meet their needs,” said Anton Yudintsev, CEO of Gaijin Entertainment. “We hope to strengthen our relationship with our Turkish players and offer them new and exciting content.”

War Thunder is a free game, but various in-game content is made available through Gaijin. Its online store is quite rich, supporting all kinds of payment options, including debit and credit cards, wire transfers, mobile payments, prepaid cards and more.

Gaijin Entertainment also introduced regional Turkey pricing on Gaijin to make it easier for Turkish players to enjoy War Thunder and to make prices more affordable and predictable. Among international players, switching to regional prices will make most in-game items approximately twice as cheap for Turkish players as compared to the US or EU. The new prices are already available in the store.
