Spontaneous shoppers do not come here, visitors to the Prepshop prepare very consciously for a climb in the mountains, a survival holiday or a disaster, such as a flood or a war. “People need some time to realize that we are open again. The first calls from customers who want to come by again this week have already been made. I expect it to be just as busy next week as before the closure,” says Klaassen .
