Chatham-Kent police said a 32-year-old Wallaceburg woman was found on Wallace Street in Wallaceburg.
While being searched during her arrest, police alleged she was found in possession of suspected crack cocaine, methamphetamine and fentanyl.
She was charged with three counts of drug possession and held in custody pending a bail hearing, police said.

Police said the man, who has court-ordered curfew from 8 pm to 7 am, was arrested charged for failing to comply with his release conditions.
He was also arrested on an outstanding warrant and held in custody pending a bail hearing.
Drivers charged in separate crashes
Two young drivers have each been charged in connection to separate Monday afternoon motor-vehicle crashes.
Chatham-Kent police responded to a single-vehicle crash on Pioneer Line near Bear Line Road in Dover Township around 2 pm, police said.
A 17-year-old from Scarborough was charged with careless driving, police said.
Around 2:30 pm, police responded to a two-vehicle crash on Richmond Street near Raleigh Street in Chatham.
A 20-year-old Chatham man was charged with making an unsafe start, police said.
There were no injuries and total damage was estimated at $3,000.
Vehicle impounded
A 42-year-old Chatham man will be without a vehicle for the next week after being pulled over by Chatham-Kent police on Fairview Line between Harwich Road and Mull Road Monday morning.
Police said the driver was charged with speeding and driving while under suspension.
His vehicle was towed and impounded for seven days and he is required to attend provincial offenses court on March 2.
