Pernilla Wahlgrens, parents, Hans Wahlgren and Christina Schollinhas decided to sell his townhouse, Casa Angel, in Spain.
“Mom and dad’s nice house that brought the family so much joy is now for sale,” writes Pernilla Wahlgren on her Instagram story.

It is not only Pernilla Wahlgren’s parents who have ventured into the housing market. Even her eldest son Oliver Ingrosso and his girlfriend Zoe Fay Brown is looking for an apartment. Together they have a son Potassium and now they want to find a larger joint accommodation.
Oliver Ingrosso had his apartment sold in February with the staggering price tag of SEK 5,900,000, which was SEK 950,000 higher than the asking price. Zoe Fay Brown has not sold her apartment yet but will have showings at the end of March.

So how much does Casa Angel cost? The terraced house is being sold with the help of the brokerage firm Notar Costa del Sol. On their Instagram, you can see that the house is listed for 349,000 euros, which is close to 4 million Swedish kronor.
