But according to the initiator of the petition many laws and regulations are difficult, technical and unclear and, moreover, often do not apply at all to small voluntary organizations in particular. “Normally you are busy with your own board, with your accountability and finances, but there are only more and more rules,” says initiator of the petition Mark Molenaar. “The problem is also that you need knowledge to be able to read all those laws, while it is not a simple language.”
