VNG is preparing to land on the Nasdaq

(Tiper Stock Exchange) – VNG, Vietnamese technology company, which also owns the messaging service Zalo, has officially filed for listing on the Nasdaq. This is an important milestone, as VNG could become the first Vietnamese technology company to be listed in the United States.

Founded in 2004VNG is active in a wide range of online services, including streaming, mobile payments, online gaming and messaging.

The announcement follows the recent Nasdaq entry of VinFastthe Vietnamese electric vehicle maker targeting the US market.

According to documents filed with the SEC, the US stock market regulator, VNG intends to launch about 22 million shares. However, the proposed price range has not yet been set.
