Russian President Vladimir Putin traveled to the Kherson and Lugansk regions, respectively in southern and eastern Ukraine, to meet the soldiers deployed for the Russian operation, the Kremlin announced on Tuesday (April 18th). kyiv called the trip a “special tour” by the “mass murderer” to “enjoy the crimes” committed by Russian forces.
