Visibilia Editore settles for false corporate communications Santanche on trial

(Finance) – In acceptance of the request formulated by Visibilia Publishera company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and active in periodical publishing and in the management of advertising in periodicals, and by the subsidiary Visibilia Editrice, was pronounced plea bargaining sentence to settle the criminal proceedings before the Court of Milan For false social communications contested by some top management in relation to certain balance sheet items in the financial statements for the financial years ended from 2019 to 2022.

By virtue of the plea bargaining sentence, to settle the aforementioned criminal proceedings, Visibilia Editore is required to pay the amount of 63,600 euros as a pecuniary penalty to which 15,000 euros must be added to be attributed partly to confiscation and partly to compensation for damages to the injured parties, while Visibilia Editrice is required to pay the sum of 30,000 euros as a pecuniary sanction, in addition to 10,000 euros to be attributed partly to confiscation and partly to compensation for damages to the injured parties.

It will go instead at trial the Minister of Tourism, Daniela Santanchè.
