(Finance) – Visibilia Publishera company listed on Euronext Growth Milan, received a request for documentary integration from the Crisis Composition Secretariat of the Milan Chamber of Arbitration on 2 January 2024.
The company itself made this known following the press release of 28 December 2023, through which it announced that on the same date the request to open the negotiated settlement for the solution of the business crisis had been filed
The Company, “consistently with the request”, has therefore taken steps today to integrate the request with the requested documentation.
The Company also announces that its request for access to the negotiated settlement procedure of the group crisis will be examined by the competent Commission within a short period of time and that, probably, the expert will be appointed by January 20th.
In support of the request, the Company recalls that it has drawn up, with the support of Bernoni Grant Thornton as advisor, a preliminary plan (the “Plan”), containing an economic-financial maneuver aimed at restructuring the Company’s debt situation as well as the subsidiary Visibilia Editrice, functional to the presentation of the request for access to the negotiated settlement procedure of the crisis.
The Plan includes within its scope both the Company and Visibilia Editrice; therefore, the recovery maneuver takes on the characteristics of a “group maneuver”.
