(Finance) – Visibilia Publishera company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and active in periodical publishing and in the management of advertising in periodicals, has announced that the Court of Milan has the current directors of the board were removed from officeas well as the current members of the board of auditors, appointing Maurizio Irrera as judicial administrator with the task of providing management and in particular of providing the company with adequate organisational, administrative and accounting structures, establishing an internal treasury service for the company.
Furthermore, it has been established to replace the Investor Relator; revoke the administrative body of subsidiary Visibilia Editrice and convene the assembly for his replacement; verify that the capital increase approved by Visibilia Editrice results in the contribution of sufficient resources to support the recovery plan and in any case implement every action useful for the successful outcome of the negotiated settlement procedure of the already pending crisis.
