A man has been arrested after going on a rampage inside the Law Center in Luleå, where the district court and other authorities are located. Several patrols were ordered to the scene shortly before noon, and then discovered vandalism.
No people are said to have been injured, but the man had some kind of attachment with him, states regional command officer Mattias Jonsson in the North police region.
– It is a witness who calls us in, and there are several patrols working on the case, he tells TT.
A report of illegal trespassing, damage, threat to an official and violation of the Knife Act has been drawn up.
