Shortly after 19:00 on Wednesday evening, the police were called to Bagarmossen, in southern Stockholm, when private individuals observed some kind of disturbance.
At the scene, the police find an injured person inside.
– What I can tell you is that a person has been the victim of a serious violent crime by an unknown perpetrator who we have not been able to identify, says Daniel Wikdahl, spokesperson for the Stockholm Region Police.
The police are otherwise tight-lipped about what has happened and how the injured man is injured.
Technicians on site
The operation in Bagarmossen is described as large, with a helicopter hovering over the residential area.
– A little while ago, our technicians came out to the crime scene, which is still cordoned off. How long the closures will remain is too early to answer, says Daniel Wikdahl.
