Vinitaly 2023 Gigliola Ferrazzani Rempdte Capri Natura Focus on quality

(Finance) – At the end of the 2023 edition, held from 2 to 5 April in Verona, the Vinitaly: over 4 thousand exhibitors from 30 countries, for a sector that historically represents a strategic asset for the economy with a turnover of 31.3 billion euros. We talk about it with Gigliola Ferrazzani Rempdte, professional agricultural entrepreneur, manager of Capri Natura – Spirits of Capria company specialized in the artisanal production of liqueurs based on fruits and aromatic plants typical of the Campania region, which exhibits its products at the fair.

What considerations emerge from this new edition of Vinitaly?

“We are only at the beginning but the impression is that of witnessing a real official restart of the sector. This year, in fact, we encountered a different turnout. In addition to the numerous enthusiasts, experts, buyers and representatives are on the rise. A positive sign that bodes well for the future”.

What are the prospects for the sector and for your company?

“We notice a great interest in the excellence of individual territories, quality products that represent the flagship of Made in Italy worldwide. Many more people want to go out again and be together recovering that dimension of sociality typical of ‘away from home’. Our goal is to become increasingly sustainable, focusing on the creation of a supply chain that is able to reduce the environmental impact through a circular economy model. We find a strong curiosity and a rediscovery of the traditional flavors typical of the Campania region which we find for example in the lemon, basil, laurel or mandarin liqueur. A real return to the origins that makes us proud and pushes us to grow more and more”.
