(Finance) – Vimi fasteersa company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and activates in the design and production of fixing bodies with high engineering content, closed the 2024 with revenues consolidated equal to 56.19 million euros (-8.4% compared to 61.35 million euros of 31 December 2023) and a Ebitda consolidated equal to 6.4 million euros, with an incidence of 11.4% on revenues (compared to the 7.7 million euros of Ebitda, 12.5% on revenues at 31 December 2023).
The group closes the period with a result of 528 thousand euros, compared to a result of 1,958 thousand euros detected at 31 December 2023. The result, as well as for previous years, suffers from a significant level of depreciation (equal to 4.61 million euros to 31 December 2024), deriving from the investment plan carried out in recent years and the detection of rental contracts and leasing accounts according to the IFRS16 standard.
The level of Net financial debt It settles on a value of 20.7 million euros, compared to the 23.9 million euros detected at 31 December 2024.
