It was at 08.11 that the emergency services were alerted.
– The villa is on fire, they let it burn down. It is expected to last for about four more hours, says an operator at SOS Alarm.
The forces are trying to prevent the fire from spreading to the surrounding buildings, where the nearest one is about 30 meters away.
Residents of the villa must not be seriously injured.
– All three had gone out on their own machine. There were no serious injuries, but everyone was taken by ambulance to medical care for a check-up.
The rescue service is on site with several units from Piteå, Älvsbyn and Roknäs.
