Viewers of 7 vs. Wild trigger police action because they don’t want to understand a rule

Although the current season of 7 vs. Wild has already been filmed, viewers keep trying to explore the filming location of the series. Now series founder Fritz Meinecke is addressing viewers with a clear message.

What rule is it? The fourth season of 7 vs. Wild was recorded in New Zealand about six months ago. The property in New Zealand is privately owned and is otherwise used for hunting when seven German-speaking influencers and survival professionals are not camping there for 14 days.

The exact location where the filming took place was already found by fans before the broadcast and so the address is no longer a secret.

However, entering the property is prohibited, as Fritz Meinecke repeatedly emphasizes. There are also signs on site indicating that the property is in private hands and that active hunting is taking place there. The property is also fenced in, so everyone who enters knows exactly what they are doing. Nevertheless, spectators keep trying to get to the filming location.

One of the participants in this year’s season of 7 vs. Wild is LetsHugo. You can find out more about the streamer here:

Police have to remove spectators

Why are the police coming out? Because there is active hunting on the property, entering is very dangerous. As Fritz Meinecke explains in an Instagram story, spectators have been coming to the property for weeks.

As proof that 7 vs Wild fans have once again entered the property, he shows a picture of two strangers sitting next to the candidates’ self-made shelter.

Every time someone enters the property, the owner, his family or his employees have to catch the trespassers. At the same time, the police are called, who then probably expel them from the property or even busy themselves catching the spectators.

Although it is forbidden, it happens again and again, which then triggers police operations.

Fritz Meineke speaks of disrespect and massive damage to the project

What does Fritz Meinecke say to the audience? Fritz Meinecke is probably really angry, especially because this is not an isolated case. Because the rule is broken again and again and a police operation is triggered every time, he addresses his fans directly.

He also points out that entering is dangerous and that viewers would damage the project:

It is massively disrespectful to the owner who gave us this unique opportunity. You’re just fucking around and don’t realize how much you’re damaging and sabotaging this project. […] Find a nice hike nearby to enjoy nature. But please turn on your brain. Are you not aware that you are harming @7vswild with such behavior?

The whole thing can also have legal consequences for those affected. According to the law (via communitylaw.org.nz), if you refuse to leave the premises after being sent away or even come back, there are penalties of up to 1,000 New Zealand dollars (the equivalent of around €550) or 3 months possible in prison.

The contestants from 7 vs. Wild have not been on site for months and the series itself will soon be over. A 7 vs. Wild participant was feeling really bad in New Zealand, now he explains what was going on: “He was in terrible pain” – LetsHugo reveals how bad he really felt at 7 vs. Wild
