But PULL me backwards what a damn piece of advice.
Alexander Strandberg has, as we all know, come in like a Soviet icebreaker and plowed his way through the group. After having a few “bro weeks” together with Mark Bannon in Gränslandet, he has not unexpectedly received his preconceived notions about the rest of the group from there.
He quickly set his sights on Pål and plans to do everything in his power to forcefully kick him off the island.
Now, I’m not a big fan of Pål Schakonat myself, but you can’t deny that he had some half-tough weeks on the island. First you are verbally mangled by the Irish gladiator Mark. Then Marcus Håkansson comes in and says that your days on the island are indeed numbered. You also know that the leader of the group, Pelle Food, hates you. And then as the cherry on top, a tough-skinned bajen hulk wants to eat you for breakfast.
Per fucking fekt.
Now, in any case, the day had come when Pål, like a sheep on his way to the slaughter, went to the island council with the knowledge that – he is toast.
After receiving all the votes, Pål chose to challenge Maureen Asic in the final duel that became “the knife”. What he didn’t know was that Maureen is a hairdresser and just about ALL hairdressers have excelled in this competition as they are so used to working statically with their arms.
Maureen has so far barely been seen in Robinson 2024. One almost wonders if she has an old ex in the production who takes revenge by cutting out all the parts where she is seen.
It has also not gone so well for her in the competitions, which has caused her to lose her confidence more and more. It has honestly been a bit hard to watch as you still like this bad bitch.
But then the day came. Where she is challenged by Pål, but chooses a girl to increase her odds of being able to stay.
And she wins big
The SICKEST thing is that you really see her confidence wash over her. She’ll be back. The bitch is BACK and this time she is ready. I even rewatched the island council because I got goosebumps when this happened.
So COME ON NOW Maureen – show us what you’re good for.
