Astrophotographer Süleyman Akgüneş, who watched the Perseid Meteor Shower in Izmir’s Seferihisar district on the night of August 13 and recorded it for 4 hours, captured nearly 40 meteors, including fireballs. Akgüneş said, “Nearly 40 meteors came across the 860-frame rapid shooting. The fireball at the last second may be the biggest I have ever caught.” he said.
