On October 13, in Little Rock in the USA, a motorcyclist was chased by the police because he was missing both a license plate and driving too fast.
Police surveillance video shows how the man finally jumps off his motorcycle and the chase continues on foot. Then when one of the policemen uses a stun gun, something happens that they are not prepared for.
