(Finance) – Vianinia company of the Caltagirone group listed on Euronext Milan and active in the construction sector, announced that during the offer period in option relating to the capital increasewhich began on 27 December 2023 and ended today, 26,996,212 option rights valid for the subscription of 67,490,530 new shares were exercised, equal to89.67% of the total new shares offeredfor a total value of 53,789,952.44 euros.
The remaining 3,109,174 option rights not exercised during the option period (unexercised rights), which give the right to subscribe to a maximum of 7,772,935 new shares, corresponding to 10.33% of the total new shares, will be offered by Vianini on the Euronext Milan market in the sessions of 23 January 2024 and, unless early closing, of 24 January 2024.
Unexercised rights attribute the right to subscribe to new shares unit price of 0.797 eurosof which 0.066 euros to be attributed to capital and 0.731 euros to be attributed to share premium, in the ratio of 5 new shares for every 2 unexercised rights purchased.
Vianini recalls that Capitolium Yes is irrevocably committed to subscribe at the offer price for all the shares not subscribed by the other shareholders during the option period and relating to the unexercised rights not purchased and/or not exercised in the context of the offer on the stock exchange.
