(Finance) – The Profit attributable to the Group Vianini it was positive for 4.4 million euros (425 thousand euros at 31 December 2020) due to the use of the rules for the realignment of the tax values to the statutory values of the properties in the portfolio operated by a subsidiary company. The Domus Italia Group contributed 5.6 million euros to this result (1.3 million euros at 31 December 2020).
Operating revenues amounted to 8.5 million euros (8.7 million euros in the previous year) and mainly consisted of revenues deriving from real estate leases to third parties for 7.2 million euros (6.9 million euros in the previous year).
The Gross operating margin, affected by non-recurring charges of 1.7 million euros, stood at 2.7 million euros (4.6 million euros in the previous year). The real estate sector contributed € 4.1 million to this result (€ 5.7 million in the previous year).
Net financial debt at 31 December 2021, equal to 166.6 million euros (164.7 million euros at 31 December 2020) of which 152.7 million euros relating to the financial requirements inherent to the business of the Domus Group, is an increase compared to previous year mainly due to the cash flow dynamics.
The Company’s Board of Directors resolved to propose to the Shareholders’ Meeting the distribution of a dividend of 0.06 euro per share. The dividend will be paid on May 25, 2022 (coupon detachment on the stock exchange on May 23) and with record date on May 24, 2022.
