There is change within the European Commission: Frans Timmermans, vice-president of the institution and in charge of Climate Action has resigned to participate in the legislative elections in the Netherlands. To replace him, it is Wopke Hoekstra, the Dutch Minister of Foreign Affairs who is proposed. But it is not unanimous in Brussels.
