Véronique Glorieux, winner of the 9th French Abroad Trophies

Véronique Glorieux and Gema Aparicio founded EatSmall in 2017 in Berlin.

Feeding dogs with insect proteins is the idea that led Véronique Glorieux to found EatSmall in Germany. For this Franco-Quebec veterinarian, 80% of food allergies from which dogs suffer are produced by meat protein. His research led him to discover that insect protein could be the solution, hence the creation of EatSmall, a start-up co-founded with Gema Aparicio in 2017 in Berlin. This discovery allowed her to be the 2021 winner of the French Abroad Trophies in the Innovation category.
