According to RBB 24 a car must have run into a crowd in the Charlottenburg area in the western part of central Berlin, on the Kurfürstendamm shopping street. The information about what has happened is still scarce. But at least ten people must have been injured. One person has died, the German newspaper Bild reports.
Nothing is known yet about the driver, but a spokesperson for the police tells RBB 24 that the person has been arrested. It is still unclear whether he intentionally or unintentionally drove into people.
