The Western Sea Week, which runs between 5-15 August, is an annual themed week for the marine environment in the local area.
– This year we have an extra strong focus on biodiversity and climate change, says Gunilla Fransson Bangura.
Organizers are the Västra Götaland region, together with around a hundred actors. The activities extend from Bohuslän down into Halland and Skåne.
