The incident is about the police getting into a fight with a law enforcement officer who wanted to reject his colleague from the area, a colleague who in turn has been charged with violence against an officer.
The now reported police officer was drunk and, according to the report, questioned and tried to influence the security guard in the performance of his duties. He also allegedly said that he would see to it that the guard got rid of his appointment and acted aggressively towards both the guard and a police patrol that came to the scene.
The police are not suspected of a crime but, according to the report, have acted incorrectly. In the Police Region Bergslagen’s report to the Personnel Responsibility Board, it reads: “The Police Region takes a serious view of what happened and considers that the circumstances as a whole are such that the action should result in a noticeable salary deduction”.
