From a military uniform jacket to basket harmonicas: several archaeological discoveries have been made at the former Soesterberg air base in recent years. The search for military heritage there is part of a study into explosive remnants of war, which is being carried out on behalf of the province of Utrecht and the Central Government Real Estate Agency.
