Payment is so structured: 90% within 15 days of signing; 338,516.99 euros, if the refund takes place by 01/31/2024; 241,797.85 euros, if the reimbursement takes place by 05/15/2024; 96,719.14 euros, if the reimbursement takes place by 09/30/2024; zero, if the reimbursement occurs later.
