(Finance) – Vantage Drilling has been listed on Euronext Growth Oslo. This is the ninth listing in Oslo this year. It is also the 38th listing on Euronext and the ninth international listing in 2024.
Vantage Drilling is a global offshore drilling contractor which operates a fleet of modern high specification drilling rigs. Founded in 2007, Vantage’s principal business is to contract drilling units, related equipment and work crews, primarily on a day-to-day basis, to drill oil and natural gas wells globally for major state-owned oil and gas companies and independent. The company has offices in the United Arab Emirates and Singapore.
The shares were initially quoted at NOK 287 per share, reaching one capitalization of market NOK 3.8 billion (almost 320 million euros) on the first day of trading.
