– The tournament referred to took place between August 25 and 30, 2019 within the framework of the Zep Cup Clubs, an international Under’13 tournament that was played in Egypt and in which several European and African clubs participated. Said tournament is one of the multiple tournaments, both national and international, in which the VCF Academy has been participating until the outbreak of COVID-19, all of them having been carried out satisfactorily and without any type of incident.
– In said tournament several of the players and members of the technical staff of the VCF Academy and also of other clubs, had to be treated for gastric ailments. In most cases they could be resolved without major incident after being treated by the health specialist displaced with the team and with the collaboration between the medical services of the different participating clubs.
– The VCF Academy was in contact with the player’s family at all times, who were present at the tournament, offering and facilitating the different alternatives to be able to serve the player in the most appropriate way.
– In all tournaments, official competitions, training sessions or activities in which teams from the VCF Academy participate, the priority is always the well-being of the players -especially in the case of minors- and of all the members of the expedition, as well as It is proven by the fact that in recent years they have participated in a hundred tournaments in each of the seasons without registering any incident.
