(Finance) – The Constitutional Court it considered “the choices of the legislator adopted in the pandemic period on the vaccination obligation of healthcare personnel” to be “not unreasonable, nor disproportionate”. This was announced by the Communications and Press Office of the Constitutional Court, pending the filing of the sentences regarding the questions raised by some judicial offices regarding the provision introduced by the Draghi government in 2021 especially for sanitary ware.

Equally groundless were considered by the Court the questions proposed with reference to the provision which excludes, in the event of non-fulfillment of the vaccination obligation and for the time of suspension, – both for health personnel and for school personnel –
the payment of a check paid by the employer for those who have been suspended.

Lastly, the Court deemed inadmissible, for procedural reasons, the question relating to the impossibility, for operators of the health professions who have not fulfilled the vaccination obligation, to carry out their work activity, when it does not involve interpersonal contacts (i.e. remotely ).
