A 33-year-old from Utrecht has been sentenced to three years in prison for the rape of his 15-year-old half-sister, nine months of which are suspended with a probationary period of three years. To reduce the risk of recurrence, the man must be treated by the court and is forbidden to have contact with his half-sister or come near her house.
