Utrecht – A 50-year-old Utrecht judge who allegedly abused his daughter for years was acquitted by the judge yesterday. There was insufficient evidence and the girl’s statement was also not sufficient for conviction. Previously, the Public Prosecution Service demanded six years in prison and compensation of 40,000 euros.
