The majority of the money goes to the Beurskwartier: 13.5 million euros. There will also be 2,500 homes there, as well as places to work, education, catering and two parks. Almost 7 million euros will go to the redevelopment of the Galgenwaard and the immediate surroundings, where 990 homes will be built.
