The Heritage Deal is a partnership between, among others, the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science and municipalities. The scheme finances innovative projects in the areas of heritage and housing, among other things. The archaeological research in Rijnenburg will use drones, ground radar and mini-excavations. Previous finds by hobby archaeologists are also mapped out.
