The 105 meter high building will be named Oopen. A restaurant will be built at the top of the tower, topped by an accessible ‘crown’ with a view of the entire city. This is quite striking, because similar initiatives were blocked in several places. The building will also include workplaces for starting entrepreneurs, a climbing wall and a place to skate.
