The Utrecht city council wants mayor Sharon Dijksma to continue to look for ways to tackle online incitement. Dijksma previously imposed a so-called online area ban on a seventeen-year-old boy from Zeist. But the judge whistled Dijksma emphatically back. Among other things, the boy was limited in his fundamental rights, such as freedom of expression.
