Utrecht – Utrecht University (UU) has responded to the call of outgoing minister of education Dijkgraaf to keep tuition rates low for Ukrainian students. Last year, the rate for Ukrainians was reduced to the rate that Dutch students also pay. Unlike last year, the bill for this discount will not be borne by the government this time, but by the university itself.
