Utrecht – With a new campaign, the municipality of Utrecht wants to encourage young people to talk about their mental health. With posts on social media, posters in bus shelters in the city and toolboxes for schools, the municipality wants to teach young people that it is normal to feel unwell every now and then and that it helps to talk about it. ‘Unbox yourself’ and ‘Unbox someone else’ is the message.
