A majority in the Utrecht city council is considering taking another look at whether Paper Recycling Utrecht can be given a place at the new circular business park Strijkviertel. This became clear yesterday during a Council information meeting (RIB). The two largest coalition parties GroenLinks and D66 seem to be returning to their earlier refusal to establish the company there. The company has to disappear from its current location, due to housing construction.
