Utrecht – In the Hoograven district of Utrecht there are all kinds of Dom towers: on a rock, in a fountain or with candlelight at its feet. Mohamad Abedalhadi makes them all from ceramics in his garage. He fled Syria and soon took up his old profession of ceramicist again. But with images inspired by his new hometown, Utrecht. “When I came to the center, I saw the Dom Tower. People love the Dom Tower.”
