“It is very important to continue to actively seek space for cultural makers in a growing Utrecht,” says councilor Eva Oosters (Culture). “Many new or young artists and musicians cannot find affordable creative space in the city, which means we also have a lot of makers lose in Utrecht. To remain a vibrant and cultural city, it is therefore necessary to help create new cultural breeding grounds.”
