UTRECHT – The municipality of Utrecht has lost a civil procedure against project developer Kondor Wessels Projecten (KWP). The case was brought because a higher rent for the apartments is being requested for the new construction project Wilhelminawerf than had previously been promised. Alderman Diepeveen said earlier that he was not happy with this.
