House prices fell most in the first quarter of this year in the province of Utrecht, namely by 3 percent compared to the first three months of last year. In addition, the fall in value of houses was not as strong in any city as in Utrecht, with 7.4 percent. This is evident from the figures of Statistics Netherlands for the first quarter of this year.
