Province of Utrecht – No province has as many cycling plans as Utrecht. Safe school routes, grade-separated intersections for cyclists and pedestrians and an outdoor space that invites exercise: it is all included in the provincial administrative agreement. This is reported by the Cyclists’ Union, which sees modest attention for the bicycle in the rest of the country with few new ambitions.
