Traffic on ‘t Goylaan, Marnixlaan and the adjacent cycle paths has priority over the side streets. After the refurbishment in 2017, not all road users found the situation on the priority square clear and signals were received about (near) accidents. That is why a number of major adjustments were made to the square in 2020.
