Following the Russian invasion of Ukraine, the kick-off of the election campaign in Utrecht will be more sober. D66 planned to open a pop-up campaign store on Steenweg tomorrow, but that has not happened. The VVD campaign team also says that there is currently no room for ‘fun things’.
