Van Strien said in a written statement yesterday: “In January this year I received a letter from Utrecht Holdings containing a number of accusations against me. In my response to the letter, I explained, among other things, that I have complied with all laws and regulations, including compliance requirements. After this I heard nothing more. I understand through a press release that a report has been filed, but I do not know whether this has been done against me, nor what the status of this report is.”
