The Council of State ruled the same today. According to the Council of State, the plan of the municipality of Utrecht was “rightly annulled” because it “is contrary to the law and the general interest”. “Furthermore, implementing income policy is not a municipal matter, but a matter for the State”, writes the Council of State.
